At Washington State, we’re concerned about the mental health and well-being of our students, staff, and faculty. We offer a variety of services, both in-person and virtual, to those experiencing emotional and psychological challenges that may interfere with academic or personal success.

On-Campus Counseling

Virtual Counselor and College Telehealth

Washington State has partnered with Virtual Counselor and College Telehealth to provide free online counseling and behavioral health services to WSCO students.

  • Five free sessions with a licensed therapist
  • Day, night, and weekend appointments
  • English, Spanish, and American Sign Language

Online Support

WSCO also offers an online and anonymous support option through 7 Cups of Tea. This service can be accessed through a web browser or the mobile app and provides trained listeners, peer support groups, recovery plans, and anonymous access to trained counselors at no cost.

Suicide Prevention
