Advanced Placement: LPN to RN
The Associate Degree Nursing Bridge for LPNs pathway is intended only for students currently enrolled in the Practical Nursing Program. The Associate of Applied Science degree in Nursing provides classroom and clinical experience to prepare graduates to become effective members of the healthcare team. Graduates are eligible to take the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses. Registered Nurses provide ongoing patient care and support, promote healthy lifestyles, and coordinate care in acute, long-term, and community healthcare settings. The program offers both educational and career mobility, with opportunities to advance into baccalaureate or graduate-level nursing programs.
